Last Saturday, the AVS Global team took part in Tezgahçılar’s special Manager Development Training, bringing our managers together for a day that was both highly educational and full of energy.
Led by trainer Kemal Karadayı, the program encouraged us to think collectively, learn through interactive games, and strengthen teamwork. With the valuable guidance of psychologist Melikşah Özçoban, we also explored the mental and emotional aspects of leadership.
At AVS Global, we believe that strong leadership is built on continuous learning, collaboration, and mutual growth — and this training was an inspiring step on that journey.
